Skoda unveiled the second-generation Kodiaq at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. While the SUV was originally set to launch in India by mid-2025, Skoda Auto India Brand Director Petr Janeba has now confirmed that the pricing for the new model will be revealed in April.
The updated Kodiaq will be available in two trims: Sportline and the top-tier Laurin & Klement (L&K). The Sportline is expected to feature an all-black front grille, black ORVMs, and unique alloy wheels, whereas the L&K will have a more upscale look, including dual-tone alloy wheels and other enhancements.
Under the hood, the India-spec Kodiaq will be equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that delivers 188 BHP and 320 Nm of torque, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
Additionally, Skoda is anticipated to launch the Kodiaq RS in India before the year ends, bringing it in through the CBU route.
