Tesla Model Y topples 7 times, passengers come out unharmed

In a recent dramatic accident in California, a Tesla Model Y electric SUV rolled over seven times without causing serious injuries to its occupants. The incident, which took place at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue in Buena Park around 4 pm, drew significant attention, including from Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk. Video footage shared on social media by Mario Nawfal shows the vehicle launching into the air and rolling multiple times before halting in the middle of the road. Despite the severity of the crash, emergency services quickly arrived and found that none of the individuals involved sustained major injuries.

Reports suggest that the Tesla was speeding, possibly exceeding 100 mph (160 km/h), leading to the driver losing control and causing the SUV to flip into oncoming traffic, affecting six vehicles in total. Firefighters rescued two people from the wreckage, including the Tesla driver, and found a third person nearby. All three were taken to local hospitals and are reported to be safe. The police are investigating the cause of the crash, considering factors such as alcohol or drug involvement. Elon Musk responded to the incident on X, emphasizing Tesla’s commitment to safety, a sentiment echoed by many Tesla owners and enthusiasts.
