Tata Motors sells brand new Safari with brake failure defect, owner frustrated

Tata Motors has faced criticism for its efficiency, despite significant growth in recent years. A recent case from Patna, Bihar highlights the frustration of the Safari Dark Edition owner who reported braking problems soon after purchasing the vehicle on 15 July. The first time he drove to a nearby church, he noticed the brakes were weak and ineffective.

When he reported it to the dealer, it was dismissed as a minor issue to fix after driving hundreds of miles. The SUV owner also explained that the dealer considered the brake issue to be a manufacturing defect even though their own mechanics admitted that the brake booster was faulty, resulting in 100 percent brake failure Only 40 good working units which is disappointing that the car has been in the shop for over 40 days without proper maintenance.

To add to the owner’s anguish, a dealership representative reportedly made a shocking statement that he “should have died” in the accident, before removing him from the dealership to date, the car has not been returned owner and the matter has not yet been resolved.
