Rolls-Royce ghost spotted parked in a mumbai flat

When envisioning living rooms, we typically think of adding a sofa, a stylish center table, and a few decorative items. However, some individuals take a different approach, such as parking a car in their living room. Recently, an Instagram post went viral, showing a Rs 5 crore Rolls Royce Ghost parked inside a living room. If you’re curious about the story behind this video, here are the details.

The Instagram post, shared by Vedant Bapat, showcases a Rolls Royce Ghost inside a building in Mumbai. The short clip begins with a view of a beautiful building, then zooms in to reveal the luxury sedan. The post poses the question, “Is that a Rolls Royce parked in someone’s living room?” This intriguing video has captivated many online viewers.

Despite the speculation, the truth is that the posh floor seen in the video is actually a parking lot, not a living room. Alongside the Rolls Royce Ghost, there are two other cars on the same floor. Videos like this often aim to attract attention, with little truth behind them. The building featured is Silverene Terraces, a 21-story structure in Worli, Mumbai, boasting sea-facing flats each costing upwards of Rs 90 crore.

The Rolls Royce Ghost belongs to Ajeenkya DY Patil, an Indian educationist, economist, and chairman of the DY Patil Group. The luxury sedan, finished in white with a silver bonnet, comes with a VIP registration number, “5999.” It is powered by a 6.6-litre V12 petrol engine, producing 562 bhp and 780 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. In addition to the Ghost, Patil owns a Lincoln Navigator luxury SUV, also with a VIP registration number, “7999.” This flagship SUV, imported from the international market, is powered by a 3.5-litre Ecoboost V6 engine, generating 450 bhp and 691 Nm of torque.
