Tata Motors, the third-largest carmaker in the country, has faced criticism for the service quality and general quality control, particularly related to incidents of brand-new Safari facelift SUVs being dismantled. In one case, a recent owner reported that his newly delivered Safari facelift was dismantled just two days after delivery. Now, another incident from Nagpur, Maharashtra, has come to light, where a 20-day-old Tata Safari facelift was dismantled by a dealership.
The owner shared a video on YouTube, explaining that the car started showing multiple errors 20 days after delivery. The dealership claimed to have fixed wiring issues by dismantling the entire dashboard and gearbox. However, the problems resurfaced, prompting another towing to the dealership for further inspection.
