The MG Gloster was being launched in October 8 at Rs 29.98 lakhs, within 3 weeks the SUV managed to grab an overwhelming response of 2000 bookings. Infact, the Gloster even comes closer to Segment leaders Fortuner and Endeavour when it comes to monthly sales.
Moreover, the Gloster is also well-known for it’s features, practicality, comfort, engine etc. however, being a good SUV only means excelling at these aspects? well, not really. The first thing which instantly hits our mind after hearing the word ‘SUV’ is None other than Offroading. So, how well does it perform in real life driving conditions?
Recently, YouTuber and offroad-enthusiast Anshuman Bishnoi uploaded a footage on instagram highlighting offroad capabilities of the SUV, from the footage one can clearly see the SUV consistently moving it’s wheel at same area for quite a while, simply begging for the traction. Also, the ground clearance of the Gloster doesn’t really help on making a go on such kind of terrains. Moreover, the absence of the low-range Gearbox too makes a huge difference while hitting out at such terrains.
