Maruti Suzuki recently revealed its eVX electric SUV and the WagonR Flex Fuel models at the Bharat Mobility Show. In addition to these introductions, the automaker unveiled a variant of the Brezza designed to operate on Compressed Biomethane Gas (CBG).

The Brezza CBG is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, K15C petrol engine that delivers 102 BHP and 137 Nm of torque. When running on compressed biomethane, the engine’s output is adjusted to 87 BHP and 121 Nm. Despite the fuel variation, the exterior appearance of the Brezza CBG remains identical to the petrol version. Notably, the SUV is equipped with both a 45-litre petrol tank and an additional 55-litre tank for CNG/CBG.
