Mahindra is introducing a more accessible version of its seven-seat XUV700 by launching it in the entry-level MX variant. Priced at Rs 15 lakh for the diesel engine option, this MX 7-seater is Rs 3 lakh cheaper than the AX3 7-seater. Mechanically and feature-wise, it remains the same as the XUV700 MX 5-seater, but with the addition of a third row of seats.
The XUV700 MX 7-seater shares its equipment with the two-row version, including an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with Android Auto, four speakers, multiple USB ports, and more. It’s expected to include features like third-row AC vents and a 60:40 one-touch tumble function for added convenience. Available in five color options, it offers a blend of affordability and premium features.

This move not only makes the XUV700 range more budget-friendly but also positions it competitively against other large SUVs like the Tata Safari and the MG Hector Plus. With its accessible pricing and feature-rich offerings, Mahindra aims to cater to a wider audience in the SUV market.
