Mahindra has launched the much-awaited 5-door Thar Roxx in India, with introductory prices starting at ₹12.99 lakh for the petrol version and ₹13.99 lakh for the diesel version (ex-showroom). Currently, only the pricing for the base MX1 variant has been revealed, with the complete variant-wise price list expected to be announced on August 15.
Mahindra Thar Roxx MX1: Feature Highlights
Despite being the entry-level variant, the Thar Roxx MX1 is well-equipped with several notable features. It comes with LED projector headlights, LED tail lamps, and 18-inch steel wheels. Inside, it offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry with push-button start, manual AC with rear vents, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, USB-C charging ports, and 60:40 split-folding rear seats. In terms of safety, the MX1 trim includes six airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and three-point seatbelts for all passengers.
Mahindra Thar Roxx: Features in Higher Trims
Higher variants of the Thar Roxx come with additional premium features such as automatic climate control, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, and steering-mounted audio controls. Enhanced safety features include front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, a tire pressure monitoring system, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
