Hyundai recently launched it’s 7-seater Crossover Alcazar at an introductory price of Rs. 16.30-19.99 lakhs (ex-showroom, pan India) will rival the likes of Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and Mahindra XUV500.
Hyundai announces that it’s recently launched 7-seater SUV has garnered over 4000 bookings before the official launch which has made it’s waiting period rise as high as 2 months across all the cities. Hyundai Says the bookings are almost the same for both petrol as well as diesel whereas the booking is spread equally between the Manual and automatic. Moreover, all the 3 trims ( Prestige, Platinum and signature) has received same number of bookings.The Alcazar has 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with BlueLink connectivity, panoramic sunroof, cooled glovebox, wireless charging, cruise control, Automatic Headlmaps, LED Foglamps, Wireless Charger, Mood lighting etc. as standard across the range.
Mechanically, The Alcazar is powered by two engines, a 2.0-litre petrol Motor producing (159PS/191Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel mill making (115PS/250Nm) Both engines are available with 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options. The Alcazar rivals the likes of Tata Safari, MG Hector and XUV500.
