Recently, Tata Motors has come under criticism from buyers, with many voicing concerns about the quality of both its vehicles and service centers. A viral video on Instagram, shared by Dakshkapaksh, shows a buyer rejecting the delivery of his brand-new Tata Harrier after it failed the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
In the video, the owner highlights several issues with the vehicle, including visible rust on some bolts and washers, a heavily scratched key that looked worn out, a dead battery, swirl marks on the body, black engine oil despite only 107 km on the odometer, a missing chunk from one of the tires, and condensation in the rear taillight.

The buyer, clearly dissatisfied with the condition of the car, informed the dealership that he would not accept delivery of this particular Harrier. However, he mentioned that if the dealership offers him a fresh vehicle without these defects, he would be willing to proceed with the purchase. The video has sparked further discussions about the quality control issues and service provided by Tata Motors.
