The front fascia has undergone revisions to impart a more robust and assertive demeanor. Notable updates include a redesigned bonnet, grille, polygonal fog lamp housings, and a sharper bumper design, all lending the hatch a rugged allure. Additionally, the updated features encompass LED projector headlamps and fog lamps. The side profile sees enhancements in sheet metal paneling, complemented by a fresh set of alloy wheels for the fourth-generation Swift. The rear of the vehicle showcases a signature wraparound design.

Internally, a comprehensive array of updates is evident. The cabin now boasts a driver-centric cockpit and a center floating design. Noteworthy changes comprise a digital AC panel, refined ornamentation with a 3D texture, distinct asymmetrical dials, and a block embossing pattern with ribs at the base, along with a 3-point seatbelt reminder for all passengers.

The new Swift comes equipped with Type A and Type C USB charging ports, rear AC vents, a wireless charger, and a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Arkamys Surround Sense and the Suzuki Connect connectivity suite.Safety measures have also been enhanced, with Maruti introducing six airbags as standard along with hill hold control and LED projector headlamps.

The latest Swift recently achieved a 4-star rating in Japan NCAP crash tests, although ratings may vary in India due to differences in equipment lists.Swift has always been renowned for its agile performance, further refined with the inclusion of a new Z series, 3-cylinder engine. Delivering an optimal blend of power and fuel efficiency, the engine generates output figures of 81.6 PS and 112 Nm. Its enhanced torque at lower RPMs makes it particularly well-suited for urban driving scenarios.

Furthermore, users can anticipate exceptional fuel efficiency, with the new Swift achieving an impressive 25.72 km/L, marking a notable improvement over its predecessor’s mileage of 22.38 km/L with manual transmission and 22.56 km/L with automatic transmission. Additionally, the new engine boasts lower emissions, contributing to its environmental friendliness.
