Bookings for the new Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition will open today, September 2, 2024, at 5 PM, ahead of its official launch, which is also expected to take place later today. The Monte Carlo edition has already started arriving at local dealerships, and Skoda will soon be introducing the Sportline editions as well.
From the images available, the Slavia Monte Carlo edition is shown in the distinctive red color, featuring a blacked-out treatment for various elements, including the grille, bootlid badging, alloy wheels, and ORVMs. It also comes with Monte Carlo badging on the fender, a bootlid-mounted spoiler, and darkened taillights.
Inside, the 2024 Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition sports an all-black interior with red accents on the dashboard, Monte Carlo-engraved front headrests, special scuff plates, and dual-tone red and black seats. The model is equipped with features like ventilated front seats, an electric sunroof, a 10-inch touchscreen display, and an eight-inch fully digital virtual cockpit. While the Slavia is generally available with 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines, the Monte Carlo variant is expected to be offered exclusively with the more powerful 1.5-litre engine, delivering 148bhp and 250Nm of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission. Additionally, Skoda plans to launch Sportline versions of both the Kushaq and Slavia models.
